This role involves front line interaction with our customers and vendors and includes tour planning, tour reservations & customer service.
This is a part-time position requiring 4 days / 25-30 hours per week.
This is a challenging position that requires the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and being highly organized is a must.
A successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be positive and friendly, a self-starter with a desire to learn and grow with us.
Tours are primarily domestic motorcoach tours that include both day trips from the Central Pennsylvania area as well as regional overnight and multi-day tours.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Associates Degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Outlook, Excel Excellent phone, in-person and e-mail communication skills are a must Excellent organizational skills Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task, remain focused and maintain a positive attitude Sufficient math skills to calculate margins and tour pricing components Creative problem-solving ability Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and co-workers to accomplish goals Pay Range:
