Our rapidly growing, service-oriented company is seeking an approachable, experienced, and team-oriented Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant (APAA).
The focus of the APAA will be the tracking and processing of all aspects of accounts payable for Restoration Relief.
The APAA will also be involved with the day-to-day main office functions.
This role encompasses various tasks ranging from hands-on projects to computer systems and accounting functionalities.
The APAA will have an uplifting support presence for all interactions to result in a pleasant overall office environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
General Administration - Function as the initial point of contact with guests and visitors.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Monitoring office supply inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Accounts Payable -Daily processing of invoices and receipts through internal approval system.
Data entry of all costs in accounting system to generate weekly payable report for processing.
Maintain and update credit card and loan account payments in addition to processing weekly payments.
Track and forecast future cash needs.
Update company checkbook and projections.
Will be handling check, credit card and EFT type of payment transactions.
Subcontractors and Vendors - Obtaining subcontractor paperwork for new onboarding contacts into company systems.
Verifying data and gathering missing details.
Tracking and maintaining company records with yearly renewals or changes.
Business Taxes - Processing and submitting 1099s for year-end taxes.
Data & Paperwork Processing - Update and process additional documents needed along with the AP invoices and receipts.
Some examples would be vehicle registrations, vendor packet paperwork and other follow ups as needed.
Other Duties as Assigned - May assist in additional office tasks to support workload and coverage for other team members as needed.
May also assist with special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Accounting & Administration.

Qualifications:
