From custom kitchens to bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole house renovations.
We are looking for Field Carpenter /Construction worker to join our team.
We are looking for an individual that is good with their hands and has an eye for detail.
Someone who is motivated and can work on a project by themselves sometimes.
Salary $20-$28/hour Benefits 5 - 8 hour work days (typically Monday-Thursday) With possibility of overtime 7 paid holidays (benefits after 90 days) 1 week paid vacation after 1 year Holiday break between Christmas and new year to enjoy family time.
Duties & Responsibilities Must be able to work with, and take direction from the project manager Must be able to be a team player and work with a variety of tradesmen.
Must be able to work in a customer's home and communicate cordially and professionally with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to devise creative solutions for unseen conditions that may periodically arise on assigned projects.
Perform finishing work on the project (installation of cabinetry, interior trim, etc.
) Carpentry, remodeling kitchens, and baths, replacing doors, finishing trim work, Drywall Paint Some rough and finished plumbing and electrical Filling out minor paperwork related to the current project Communicating with supervisors, office staff, and homeowners Maintain accurate timecard records for each job site Maintain a clean and professional appearance and conduct on the job site Operate company vehicle Requirements High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years' experience as a field carpenter or related experience Candidate should be able to pass a criminal history and drug-screening Candidate should have a valid driver's licenses Candidate must be 24 years or older Candidate should have 5 years on site work experience Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
