Occupational Therapists - (OT)
As an OT with our company, you will be required to fulfill the standard responsibilities of the position, including the following:
o Coordinates, delegates, and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff (COTA).
o Consistently reviews and modifies goals with the patient and appropriate caregiver.
o Establishes short and long term goals based on the therapy evaluation and interacts with members of the health care team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding care, functional capabilities, and progress toward goals.
o Accurately instructs the patient/caregiver in all equipment use.
o Completes all patient evaluations and develops the plan of care within state specific guidelines. Reports outcomes of evaluation, goals, and anticipated projected frequency of care to a supervisor within 24 hours of the evaluation.
