Brandt 'Ranch Oak" Sofa and 2 chairs for sale in Ephrata, PA
This is an original set of "Brandt - Ranch Oak" Living room set. Circa 1960's by my research. Classic western style, a necessity and staple for any cabin or ranch home. This highly sought after furniture becomes more scarce every year. This is thre true vintage product, it has not been restored in any way. First item is a 3 cushion wood frame couch. The second item is an arm chair. The third item is a rocking chair. All three are being sold as a single set. They spent 65 years together, they should stay together. The material appears to be from factory, and there is some wear and loss on the cushions at the edges (photo of loss). There may be some additional fraying on the seams as would be expected from furniture this age. There are no large stains on the cushions. The wood has no large nicks or missing pieces. This set is in great shape for it's age, but expect reasonable wear and tear from a 65+ year old set of vintage furniture. Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding. We are located in Reading Pennsylvania, and do offer shipping via our truck to neighboring states. Shipping via our truck is 4-6 weeks. All items purchased and not shipped via our truck must ship within 30 days. Any items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. Local pick up is always allowed.
